(1) If someone has taken any action against a health worker or an employee working in a health institution or in a health institution, or is about to do something contrary to Section 3, such a health worker or health institution may demand protection from the local administration.
(2) If there is a demand for security according to sub-section (1), the local administration shall immediately make arrangements for security.
(3) Considering a place and situation, the service provided by a health institution is going to be obstructed, and if the committee comes in writing to arrange security permanently, the Government of Nepal can arrange security permanently in such a health institution.
(4) Health workers, employees working in health institutions and other arrangements related to the safety of health institutions shall be as prescribed.
